(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) has been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meets all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be approved.
