(District I) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The applicant has satisfied of conditions of approval required approval of parcel map. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Parcel Map will not be recorded. Subdivision Agreement A subdivision agreement with Lafayette Partners, LLC, principal, whereby said principal agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within two years from the date of said agreement.
