SUBJECT: Approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for Minor Subdivision 02-
00002, El Sobrante area. (District I)
The following documents were presented for Board approval this date:
I. Map
The parcel map of Minor Subdivision 02-00002, property located in the El
Sobrante area, Supervisorial District I, said map having been certified by the
proper officials.
II. Subdivision Agreement
A subdivision agreement with Lafayette Partners, LLC, principal, whereby said
principal agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision
agreement within two years from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said
subdivision agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements
As follows:
