The following document was presented for Board approval this date for Drainage Acceptance 05-00052 (cross-reference Subdivision 99-08331), located in the Danville area. A Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) with Danville Tassajara Partners, LLC, developer, whereby said developer agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) within two years from the date of said agreement. Improvements generally consist of landscaping.
