Counsel or their designees to serve as the panel to select cer-
tification review hearing officers pursuant to Welfare and
Institutions Code Section 5256 1, as added by AB 3454 (Chapter
1598 , Statutes of 1982) , such designations to be effective
January 1, 1983, in conjunction therewith, direct the Health
Services Director or his designee to convene the panel
1 47 ADOPT second amendment to the County General Plan in calendar
year 1982 for the West Pittsburg Area, Port Costa Area and
North Doughtery Hills Area, as previously detailed in Board
Resolutions Nos 82/938, 82/1023 and 82/1373
