(District IIT) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUNDtREASON S FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): Hofmann band Development Company was conditioned to widen Bixler Road for Subdivision 01-08574. As a result of the widening along the East Contra:Costa Irrigation District Canal,a slope easement is required for future maintenance of the road and slope. CONSEQUENCES.OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The slope easement will not be accepted and rights to maintain the road and slope will not be obtained.
