The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board hereby determines that pursuant to Division l (commencing with Section 56000) of the Government Code, it proposes to initiate proceedings for the annexation of 'Subdivi- sion 3576 to County Service Area No. L~45 The exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; are as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein. The territory is inhabited. The reason for this application is to provide this territory with street Lighting and landscape maintenance services . IT IS HEREBY REQUESTED that the Local Agency Formation Commission of Contra Costa County take all steps necessary to approve this Boardrs proposal to initiate the annexation of Subdivision 3576 to County Service Area No. y The Clerk of this Board is HEREBY DIRECTED to file a certified copy of this Resolution of Application with the Exe- cutive Officer of the Local .Agency Formation Commission.
