ttHEREAS the construction of improvements in Subdivision
3852 was performed as a part of Subdivision 37610 which sub-
division, the ,Board this day declared as complete;
NOW, TH`REP RF: on the recommendation of the Public �,.Torks
Director, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads,
having been heretofore dedicated to public use by the filing of
map in the office of the Counter Recorder, be and the same are
accepted and declared to be County roads of Contra Costa County.

filed December 27, 1968 in Book 125 Of Haps at Page 27, Official
Records of Contra Costa County, State of California.
