Letter from the Redemption Offic=er stating that there are no unpaid county taxes heretofore levied on the property included in the map, and that the current 1969-1970 tax lion has been paid in full; and Letter from the Public Works Director stating that said map is :submitted for filing under the provisions of the County Ordinance Code and all required deposits and fees have been paid, and SEAS the Public Works Director having advised that there are no public ' street or drainage improvements,ments, hence subdi- vision ubd --vision' agreement is unnecessary; NOW, THEREFORE,* BE IT BY THIS BOARD "RESOLVED that said map is APPROVED and the Board does not atcept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, roads, avenUae or easements thereon as dedicated to public use. PASSED AND ADOPT this 17th day of February, 1970 by the following vote of the Board AYES: Supervisors J. P. Kenny, J. M ' Moriarty, R. A. Linsche d, T. J. Coll. NOM `ane. ABSENT: Supervisor 'A. M.
