Lawrence, Evelyn A. Lawrence, and Ida Leonora Kutz, for Civic Center purposes, the following described real 'property for Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500. 00) , which is a fair and reasonable price therefor: All that real property in the City of Martinez , County of Contra Costa, State of California., described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Board will meet on Tuesday , -March .10 , 1970 , at 10 a.m. in the Board's Chambers , County X inistration Building, Martinez, California, to consummate this purchase , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish the following notice in the MOiRNTN NEW-S AZET`E , pursuant to Government Code Section 6063: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to purchase from S. C. Lawrence , et al. at a price of $8,500.00, Portion of Block "I" as shown on the map of Homestead Tract, Martinez, located on the northwesterly side of Escobar Street, approximately 350 feet southerly of Lafayette Street , City of Martinez, as more particularly described in Resolution No. 70/72_ of the Board, and will meet at 10 a.m. on M rch. 10 , 1970, to consummate the purchase.
