WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1969- - 194-70
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and, from
records in the Assessor►a office that taxes have been levied or
charged erroneously or illegally for the reasons as statedbelow;
and, therefore, pursuant to they Revenue and Taxation Code>, Section
4986 (1) (b)s the following uneolleoted tax, penalty, or costs here-
tofore or hereafter levied or charged', should be cancelled in whole
or in part an the following assessments
Cade 7001 - Assessment N'o. 367# boat CF 5887 AG Is assessed
to; William Wittman, assessed value $100. This assessment was err-
oneously levied since the boat was destroyed prior to the lien date.
Cade 79038 - .Assessment No. 42,, boat CF 861 . AG is assessed
to E. C. Cimulngsp assessed value 180. This assessment was erron-
eously levied since the boat was 'sold' prior to the lion dateand the
situs has been +detetrmined to be San Joaquin County, where it is being
assessed for 1969-70►
