Sauer, Public Works Director and WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid on this project, have been approved by this Board; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications are hereby APPROVED.
