HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 06032003 - 70-169 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Coordinating ) Actions Related to Federal ) Financial Assistance Under } RESOLUTION NO. 70/169 Public Law 91-79• ) WHEREAS this Board on February 4, 1969 adopted its Resolution Number Number 69/107 and on February 25, 1969 adopted its Resolution Number 69/147; and WHEREAS said resolutions relate to applications for federal financial assistance under Public Law 81 -$75; and WHEREAS Public Law 91-79 was enacted subsequent to the adaption of aforesaid resolutions; and WHEREAS Public Law 91-79 provides for .federal financial assistance for debris removal in disaster situations 'subject to certain conditions and regulations; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BY THIS BOARD RESOLD that the Director, Contra Costa County Disaster Office, is hereby autho- rized to coordinate county actions required in connection with applications for federal financial assistance under the provisions of Public Law 91»79. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 1974, by the following vote of the Board: AYES: Supervisors J. P. Kenny, A. M. Dias, J. E. Moriarty, E. A. Linscheid, T. J. Call. NOES: None . ABSENT: None.
