NOW, THEREFORE BE >1T RESOLVED by the Beard of Supervisors of Contra ICosta County as follows; 1. The returns cif said special school district Maximum Tax Rate Election from said territory affected by said consolidation shall be canvassed by the Board'. of Supervisors of Contra rCosta County in accordance with the request of the Governing Board of the district and said consolidated special school di.stri.c I t, Maximum Tax Rate Election and Direct Primary Election, shall be, held within said territory affected by said consolidation in all respects as though there were only one election.
