The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On February 17, 1970, this Board passed and adopted
Resolution No. 70/84, determining that the property described in
the Notice to Bidders attached thereto was no longer needed for
County purposes and authorized. the County Right of Way Agent to
receive proposals for its demolition and removal from County real.
property.
The Notice to Bidders was published as required by law, in
accordance with said Resolution No. 70/84, and the _following bids
were received and opened pursuant to the said Notice to Bidders :

The lowest responsible bids receivedare accepted, and the
contracts are hereby awarded to West Coast Demolition Co. in the
amount of $740.00 for Item 1, and to William J . Evans in the
amount of $1.,050 for Item, 2.
The County Right of Way Agent is hereby authorized to return
the bid guarantees to the unsuccessful bidders .
PASSED .AND ADOPTED on March 10 , 1970.
