The Notice to Bidders was published as required by law, in accordance with said Resolution No. 70/84, and the _following bids were received and opened pursuant to the said Notice to Bidders : Bidder Bid Amount Item #1 1. West Coast Demolition Co. $ 740 2 . William J. Evans 990 3. Kenney Henley Demolition 1,045 and Excavating, Inc . Item #2 1. William J. Evans 1,050 2 . Kenney Henley Demolition and Excavating, Inc'. 1,485 3. West Coast Demolition Co . 1,490 The lowest responsible bids receivedare accepted, and the contracts are hereby awarded to West Coast Demolition Co. in the amount of $740.00 for Item 1, and to William J . Evans in the amount of $1.,050 for Item, 2. The County Right of Way Agent is hereby authorized to return the bid guarantees to the unsuccessful bidders . PASSED .AND ADOPTED on March 10 , 1970.
