No. 70/109 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The County of Contra Costa on February 24, 1970_ contracted with William G. McCullough Company, Contractor, Route 1, Box Olt _ (Name and Address of Contractor ) Antioch, California for O'Hara Avenue widening, Project No. 8061-4393-69 with Pacific Indemnity Co an as surety, (Name of Bonding Company) for work to be performed on the grounds of the County at Oakle California ;and The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions, and standard specifications,, and recommends its acceptance as complete as of March 3, 1970 Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date , and the Clark shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. PASSED AND ADOPTED ON March 3, 1970 CERTIFICATION and VERIFICATION I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution and acceptance duly adopted and entered on the minutes of this Boardts meeting on the above date .
