THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on July 17, 2001, by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 2001/ 321
SUBJECT: Rescind previous Board approval of Parcel Map for Subdivision IVIS 6-94,
Concord area.
On June 26, 2001, the Public Works Department placed Resolution No. 2001/276 before
the Board of Supervisors for the approval of the parcel map for Subdivision IVIS 6-94, being
developed by Richard A. Kerr in the Concord area. Because Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
personnel discovered mistakes on the tax letter, it is recommended that the Board now reconsider
and rescind that previous approval.
Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board action (Resolution No. 2001/276
of June 26, 2001, approving the parcel map for Subdivision MS 6-941s hereby RESCINDED and
the parcel map is hereby DISAPPROVED.
