HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 04221997 - 97-191 c .a THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on April 22, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Uilkema, Gerber, Canciamilla, DeSaulnier NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO.: 97/191 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7881, Byron area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map: The Final Map of Subdivision 7881, property located in the Byron area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; H. Subdivision Agreement: A Subdivision Agreement with Centex Homes a Nevada General Partnership, subdivider,whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Accompanying said Subdivision Agreement is security guaranteeing completion of said improvements as follows: A. Cash Deposit Deposit amount: $4,600 Deposit made by: Centex Homes, Northern California Division Auditors Deposit Permit No. and Date: 293201 (April 3, 1997) B. Surety Bond/Letter of Credit Bond Company: Safeco Insurance Company of America Bond Number and Date: 5900965 (March 31, 1997) Performance Amount: $457,400 Labor&Materials Amount: $231,000 Principal: Centex Homes, a Nevada General Partnership III. Tax: Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1996/97 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1997/98 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of January 1997, is estimated to be $1,200, with security guaranteeing payment of said tax lien as follows: A. Tax Surety Bond Company: Safeco Insurance Company of America Bond Number and Date: 5900945 (March 13, 1997) Amount: $1,200 Principal: Centex Homes, a Nevada General Partnership NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; I 9 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 7881, Byron area DATE: April 22, 1997 PAGE -2- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED. All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
