RESOLUTION NO. 96/157
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 7234, San Ramon Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7234 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with American Motorists
Insurance Co. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision
Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned improvements have been
ACCEPTED as complete as of March 22, 1996, thereby establishing the six-month terminal period
for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year warranty period and
the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $2,850 cash security for performance
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 172625, dated April 30, 1990) plus interest in accordance with
Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Homestead Northcrest Partners, Ltd. pursuant
to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
