SUBJECT: Designation of Applicant's Agent for Filing for Disaster Relief.
DISASTER NO.: FEMA-1044-DR-CA and FEMA-1046-DR-CA,
FEDERAL P.A. NO: 013-92100
DESIGNATION OF
APPLICANT'S AGENT RESOLUTION
The Board of Supervisors, RESOLVES THAT:
Barton J. Gilbert, Director of General Services
Kathy Brown, Deputy General Services Director
Mickey Davis, Administrative Services Officer
are hereby AUTHORIZED to EXECUTE for and on behalf of Contra Costa County, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California, this application and to FILE it
in the Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial
assistance under P.L. 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and/or state financial assistance under the Natural
Disaster Assistance Act for storms which occurred in January-April, 1995; and
THAT Contra Costa County, a public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, hereby AUTHORIZES its agents to provide to the State Office of Emergency
Services for all matters pertaining to such state disaster assistance, the assurances and
agreements required.
CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution and acceptance duly
adopted and entered on the minutes of this Board's meeting on the above date. I declare
