THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on June 6, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/236
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7840, Pacheco Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7840
have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Braddock & Logan Group
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of
June 6 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of
action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bentley Court the hereinafter described road, as shown and
dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 7840 filed April 26, 1994, in Book 371
of Maps at page 48, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED
and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Deodar Drive, Second Avenue and Center
Avenue is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed
by separate instrument, recorded on April 12, 1994, in Volume 371 of Official Records on page
48.

BE rT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby
established, and the $3400 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 241843, dated April 12,
1994) made by Braddock & Logan Group be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the
requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
