SUBJECT: RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE, NOTICE OF COMPLETION
RANDY BODHAINE, CONTRACT #45115 95/276
This Board as the Board of Directors of Contra Costa County Fire Protection District contracted
with Randy Bodhaine to perform discing and bulldozing work in connection with the weed
abatement program of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, Contract 45115, for work
to be performed in 1994 within the District; and
Fire Chief Allen Little reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved
plans, special provisions, and standard specifications for the contract year and recommends its
acceptance as complete as of April 25, 1995.
Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall file with the
County Recorder a copy of the Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract
and the ten percent ($5,440.23) withheld be distributed in accordance with the contract provisions.
