HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 04251995 - 95-181 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 25, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/ 181 (Gov. Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Real Property for the Richmond Parkway San Pablo Creek Surplus Project No. 4500-6X9004 Richmond Area The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired certain real property for San Pablo Creek, as described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for District or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00. The City of Richmond requires said property for the Richmond Parkway. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property interests to the City of Richmond, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County. The Chief Engineer is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the Right of Way Contract with the City of Richmond on behalf of the District. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant Deed to be delivered to the grantee. Orig.
