THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY,CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on April 11, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DPSau vier, Torlaksort, Bishop
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/159
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 85-85,Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision MS 85-85 have
been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Charles R.Bradbury heretofore approved by this Board
in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned improvements have been ACCEPTED as
complete as of April 11, 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action
under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no need for a one year warranty period and the Public Works
Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the$1,000 cash security for performance(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 231862,
dated September 23, 1993)plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079,if appropriate,to Charles
R. and Virla M. Bradbury pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
