SUBJECT: Resolution and Notice of Intention
to Exchange Real Property with Ambrose Park
Recreation & Parkway District
State Highway 4/Bailey Road Interchange Project
Project No. 4660-6X4158
Bay Point Area
The Board of Supervisors, of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board intends to exchange with Ambrose Park Recreation & Parkway District,
County owned real property in the Bay Point area, described in the attached Notice of
Intention to Exchange Real Property, for land of equal value adjacent to the County's
property in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Right of Way Contract on file
in the Public Works Department.
This property is not required for County use.and the exchange is for property of
equal value required for the State Highway 4/Bailey Road Interchange project.
This Board hereby sets Tuesday, March 7, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, as
the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four-fifths vote.
The Clerk of this Board is hereby DIRECTED to have the attached Notice published
one time, at least one week preceding the date set for hearing in the Contra Costa Times,
a newspaper of general circulation (pursuant to Government Code Section 6061).
