THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 7, 1995 by the following vote: .

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads,
Subdivision 7707, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7707 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with North State
Development Company heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the
Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of February 7, 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that El Lago Drive, Morgan Court, Thomas Drive and La
Vista Drive the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final
map of Subdivision 7704 filed February 3, 1994, in Book 370 of Maps at page 29, Official
Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be
County Roads.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Live Oak Avenue is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument,
recorded on February 3, 1994, in Volume 370 of Official Records on page 29.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is
hereby established, and the $2600 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 237075, dated
January 10, 1994) made by North State Development Company be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one year warranty bond is reduced to ($35,618)
15% of the original performance bond pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
