THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT: Pipeline Franchise to Capitol Oil Corporation
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County Resolves that:
This Board on May 24, 1994, adopted Resolution No. 94/282 declaring its intention
to grant a franchise pursuant to Ordinance No. 1827 (as amended by Ordinance
No. 79/50 and Ordinance No. 92/64) in the manner provided by law and more
particularly referred to in the "Notice of Sale of Franchise" attached to and made
part of Resolution No. 94/282, The Board fixed June 21, 1994, as the date for
public hearing regarding this franchise grant.
On June 21, 1994 the public hearing regarding this matter was held. No protests
were filed.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that a franchise to operate pipelines on certain
County rights-of-way as described below pursuant to Ordinance No. 1827 (as
amended by Ordinance No. 79/50 and Ordinance No. 92/64) is hereby granted to
Captiol Oil Corporation:
One (1) 6-inch steel natural gas pipeline along Delta Road from a
point approximately 1350 feet west of its intersection with Sellers
Avenue, thence east to a point on the south side of Delta Road and
the west side of Sellers Avenue (lineal distance approximately 1320
feet).
