RESOLUTION N0. 94/250
SUBJECT: Correcting the Total Maintained Mileage for County.Roads.
Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that in May of each year, each
county shall submit to the State Department of Transportation any additions or exclusions from its mileage
of maintained county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
The State Department of Transportation certified to the State Controller on February 28,
1994 that the total mileage of maintained county roads in Contra Costa County was 740.56.
The County now finds that the total mileage of maintained county roads is 737.15 miles.
The mileage distribution by Supervisorial District is:

May 1994 46.54 190.60 147.52 42.72 309.77
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLVED that
the mileage of maintained county roads (as certified by the State February 28, 1994) be corrected as
indicated on the May 1993 version of the Highway Planning Survey Map and in accordance with the
additions or corrections which documents are on file in the Office of the Public Works Director of Contra
Costa County.
