THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on March 15, 1994, by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/158
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 23-90, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in
Subdivision MS 23-90 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with
Jon M.Frost and Rochelle Frost heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the
filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of February 23, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of
liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required,
and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1000 cash security for
performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No.191193, dated June 3, 1991) plus interest in
accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Jon M. Frost and
Rochelle Frost pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
