HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 05071991 - 91-264 t-40 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter Declaring the ) Week of May 6 through May 13, ) 1991 as Nurses Week in Contra ) Resolution 911 26 4 Costa County ) WHEREAS, the Contra Costa County Board of supervisor's primary concern is the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the County of Contra Costa; and WHEREAS, public and private nurses throughout the county share with other health care professionals the desire to provide quality health care; and WHEREAS, professional nurses provide quality health care to patients throughout the county; and WHEREAS, the nursing staffs at our public and private health care facilities make a unique and significant contribution affecting the positive outcomes of patient care and education; and WHEREAS, the nursing staffs at our public and private health care facilities are unified in one goal -- providing safe and quality care to each and every one of their patients; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the Board of Supervisors, on behalf of the citizens of Contra Costa County, do hereby officially proclaim the week of May 6, 1991 as Nurses Week in the County of Contra Costa, as an expression of appreciation and respect for the many contributions of our professional nurses.
