SUBJECT: Resolution Directing Filing of Annual Report for County
Landscaping and Lighting District AD 1979-3 (LL-2) .
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
1. The Public Works Director, designated as Engineer of Work for
County Landscaping and Lighting District 1979-3 (LL-2) is
hereby DIRECTED to file an annual report in accordance with
the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 .
2 . This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the
Streets and Highways Code.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the data shown.
