HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 04231991 - 91-256 , Recorded at the request of: 47 Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 23 , 1991 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson and Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor Powers ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 91/256 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 7090, Oakley Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7090 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Bedford Estates heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of March 26, 1991 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing .of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY January 1, 1990 American Motorist Insurance Company Bond No. 3SM75425000 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 7090 filed January 17 , 1990, in Book 341 of Maps at page 11, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road. A portion of the right of way was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on August 19, 1969, in Volume 5944 of Official Records on page 356. RESOLUTION NO. 91/256 Completion of Improvements for Subdivision 7090 April 23 , 1991 �•9 Page Two BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established, and the $1100 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 165841, dated December 6, 1989) made by Rainbow Homes, Incorporated be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 .406 of the Ordinance Code. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the data shown.
