The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The County of Contra Costa , on December 7, 1990, contracted with
Sparks Roofing Co. , Inc. for Roof Repair at E1 Pueblo Day Care
Center, 1760 Chester Drive, Pittsburg, Budget Line Item. No.
4405-4328, Authorization No. 0928-WH328H, with Continental Casualty
Company as surety, for work to be performed on the grounds of the
County pursuant to action of the Board on November 6, 1990, in
which the General Services Department was authorized to proceed. in
the most expeditious manner in accordance with Public Contract Code
20134 to replace or repair roofing at E1 Pueblo Day Care Center;
and
The Director of General Services reports that said work has been
inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions,
and standard specifications, and recommends its acceptance as
complete as of March 12, 1991;
Therefore, said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the
Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution
and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
PASSED BY THE BOARD on March 12, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder
