This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. SS 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an uninhabited annexation of the subject
territory to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by the Local
Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular. county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject to the
aforestated terms and conditions.

EXHIBIT A
All deed and map reference hereinafter referred to are as recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Contra Costa County, State of California.
All of Parcels A & B as shown on Subdivision MS 104-79 as recorded on
August 18, 1981, in Book 97 of Parcel Maps, Page 11, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southern line of Loveridge Road at its
intersection with the most northern corner of Parcel B of MS 104-79, thence
from said point of beginning along the southern line of Parcels B and A along
the arc of a non-tangent curve to the right, concave to the northwest having a
radius of 608.86 feet, through a central angle of 62036151" , an arc length of
665.38 feet, the center of which bears North 87058'18" West, to a point on the
northern line of California Avenue; thence along said line South 89040'45"
West, 191.05 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve to the right with a
radius of 60.0 feet, through a central angle of 154049115" , an arc length of
162.13 feet to a point on the southern line of Loveridge Road; thence along
said line North 64030'00" East, 111.27 feet; thence along a tangent curve to
the left with a radius of 1 ,040.0 feet, through a central angle of 17032'5411
