THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 11 : 30 A.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez .
At 12 :00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with
the regular agenda.
At 1: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez .
At 2 : 30 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

capacities)
AA=1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
BB=1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 . 9, subdivision:
(C) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation.
CC=1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code S 54956 .9, subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
1 . Stewart Scates , et al . v. James Rvdinasword, et
al.
