THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on June 20, 1989 by the following vote:

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/403
SUBJECT: Deferred Improvement Agreement Satisfied for
Subdivision MS 54-82, E1 Sobrante Area. Assessor's
Parcel No. 425-400-046.
On May 3 , 1983 , the Board authorized the Public Works
Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Youel
A. and Alice R. Baaba and Henry B. and Ardash M. Kistler for
improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of
approval for Subdivision MS 54-82 .
The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was
recorded on May 9, 1983 in Volume 11243 of Official Records at
page 364 and became an encumbrance against the former Assessor's
Parcel No. 425-100-012 .
The Public Works Director now informs this Board that
the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied.
The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the
above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid
Deferred Improvement Agreement is EXONERATED.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct Copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shows.
