RESOLUTION NO. 89/225
SUBJECT: Approval of the Drainage Improvement Agreement for
Subdivision 7041, Danville Area.
The following document was presented for Board approval this
date for Subdivision 7041, property located in the Danville
area.
A Drainage Improvement Agreement with Dame' Construction
Company, Inc. , developer, whereby said developer agrees to
complete all improvements as required in said Drainage
Improvement Agreement within one year from the date of said
agreement. Improvements generally consist of repair and
improvement of the west branch of Alamo Creek.
Said document was accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage
improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code,
as follows:
a. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 154183,
dated March 27, 1989) in the amount of $5,500, made by
Dame' Construction Company, Inc.
b. Additional security in the form of a corporate surety
bond dated March 24, 1989, and issued by Surety
Reliance Insurance Company (Bond No. B1451424) with
Dame' Construction Company, Inc. as principal, in the
amount of $544 ,500 for faithful performance and
$275, 000 for labor and materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Drainage Improvement
Agreement is APPROVED.
