THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COONTY, CALIFORNIA

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act (Gov. C.
§§ 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject territory to County
Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the proposed change of organization is
to allow efficient provision of lighting service to the subject territory.
The exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A
hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization, as specified
by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded indebted-
ness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county assessment roll will
be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject territory.
This Board hereby approves and orders this proposal, subject to the
aforestated terms and conditions.

Beginning at the northwestern corner of that parcel of land described in

the deed to Park Place Income Investors, a Limited Partnership, recorded May 23,
1980, in Book 9862 of Official Records, at Page 182, Contra Costa County
Records; thence along the northern line thereof North 83°20'43 East, 451.67
feet; thence South 61040109" East, 275.90 feet; thence South 19;000'34" West,
325.00 feet, to a point on the southern line of that parcel of ,land of Parcel
Two as described in the deed to Camino Diablo Group, a California Limited
Partnership, recorded June 23, 1980 in Book 9887 of Official Records, at Page
687, Contra Costa Records; thence along said line and also the southern and
western line of said Park Place Income Investors property the following courses:
northwesterly along a non-tangent curve having a radius of 970.;;08 feet, concave
to the northeast whose center bears North 19°31'49" East, through a central
angle of 0502314411, an arc length of 91.35 feet; tangent to said curve North
65004'25" West, 245.11 feet; northwesterly along a tangent curve having a radius
