SUBJECT: Release Cash Deposit, Subdivision MS 33-84, Walnut
Creek Area.
The, Public Works Director having reported that this Board
approved the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for MS 33-84 on
October 23, 1984 along with security for said Agreement in the
form of a cash deposit in the amount of $22,500 (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 84747, dated October 17, 1984) made by Floyd
R. Norried, Jr. On December 4, 1984 this Board approved an
amendment to the Subdivision Agreement allowing a corporate
surety bond to be substituted for the cash security and refunding
$19,500 (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 84747, dated October 17,
1984) to Floyd R. Norried, Jr. On May 3, 1988 this Board
exonerated the Subdivision Agreement, exonerated the bonds and
Authorized refund of the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 847471 dated October 17, 1984) to Floyd R. Norried,
Jr.
The ,Public Works Director, having further reported that
$2,000 of the original cash deposit remains on deposit and
recommends he be authorized to refund said $2,000 (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 84747, dated October 17, 1984) to Floyd R.
Norried, Jr.

Public Works Director is APPROVED.
