The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that:
Effective July 1 , 1988, California Government Code Sec. 31522.2 is made
operative in Contra Costa County and respecting the Contra Costa County
Employees Retirement Association, and the class and position of Retirement
Administrator (AlAA) are retitled and reallocated to Retirement Administrator-
Exempt (AlAl) and excluded from the County Merit System, the appointing
authority of which is the Retirement Board of the Contra Costa County Employees
Retirement Association.
