Code Sec. 25365) SUBJECT: Right of Way Conveyance Wildcat Creek Project No. 7527-6D8617 North Richmond •Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES. THAT: On May 17, 1988 the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County accepted a portion of an Offer of Dedication of a storm drain easement over land identified as Right of Way Parcel 1532 and described in the attached Exhibit "A" . Said easement is not required for County use and is required by Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for the Wildcat Creek improvement project. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the transfer of said property rights to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the District on behalf of the County.
