SUBJECT: Exonerate Subdivision Agreement, Subdivision 6549, San
Ramon Area.
On March 31, 1987, this Board approved a substitute
subdivision agreement with Lincoln Point for Subdivision 6549 in
the San Ramon area.
The Public Works Director having reported that there is no
need to retain the original subdivision agreement with Blackhawk
Corporation since the substitute subdivision agreement covers all
of the required subdivision improvements and recommends that the
original agreement be exonerated.
On the recommendation of the Public Works Director it is by
the Board ORDERED that the Subdivision Agreement with Blackhawk
Corporation, as approved by the Board on April 15, 1986, is
TERMINATED, the improvement security bond with Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland is EXONERATED and the Public Works
Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash deposit (Auditor's
Deposit Permit No. 106588, dated April 4, 1986) in the amount of
$2,650 plus interest in accordance with Government code Section
53079, if appropriate, to Blackhawk Corporation.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
