RESOLUTION NO. 88/226
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, LUP 2100-83, Oakley Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for LUP 2100-83 have been completed and that such
improvements have been constructed without the need for a Road
Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED.
