PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. f �� RECORDS SECTION THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF .CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 19, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/209 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements and Release of Cash Deposit, Road Improvement Agreement for Subdivision 6345;. Walnut Creek Area. Assessor's Parcel No. 148-460-003 . The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for Subdivision 6345 have been completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with Desco Investment, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Road Improvement Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY October 18, 1983 United Pacific Insurance Company Bond No. U 31 71 97 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 71062, dated October 14, 1983) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Desco Investment, Inc. pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
