ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/208
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision 6599, San Ramon
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements in Subdivision 6599 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Lincoln Country Brook
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
The Public Works Director having further notified this
Board that said subdivision has been annexed by the City of San
Ramon, and that the County has continued to perform inspection
services and perform routine staff duties in processing the.
subdivision until its completion as agreed to with the City, and
that the City concurs in accepting the improvements in said
subdivision as complete. By accepting the .improvements as
complete, the County does not accept the roads for maintenance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
improvements have been ACCEPTED as complete for the purpose of
establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $4,400 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 101638, dated December 9,, 1985)
made by Lincoln Property Company be RETAINED for one year
pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4 .406 of the Ordinance
Code.
