This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. §§ 56000-57550 ) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject territory
to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto.
The terms and conditions fot the proposal , as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit
A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100 . The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and orders this proposal , subject the aforestated terms
and conditions.

Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel A, as said parcel is shown on
the Parcel Map, M.S. 183-71 filed July 30, 1973, in Book 29 of Parcel Maps, at
Page 12, Contra Costa County Records; said point of beginning also lying on the
westerly line of Tice Valley Boulevard; thence from said point of beginning,
leaving said westerly line of Tice Valley Boulevard North 88151'59" West, 761.12
feet; thence North 01033100" West, 306.52 feet; thence North 88027100" East,
68.40 feet to the southwestern corner of Lot 25 of Dewing Park Subdivision,
recorded July 24, 1913, in Book 10 of Maps, at Page 242, Contra Costa County
Records; thence along the western line of Lot 25, North 43028100" East, 419.50
