THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 9, 1988 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors :?overs , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 88/71
SUBJECT: Partial Completion of Improvements, and Declaring
Certain Roads as County Roads, DP 3041-85, San Ramon
Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements ori Bollinger Canyon Road and Camino Ramon for DP
3041-85 have not been completed but the construction of Sunset
Drive has been completed and that such improvements have been
constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement;
The Public Works Director having recommended that the improvements
on Sunset Drive only be accepted as complete and the one year time
period begin for its warranty.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements on Sunset
Drive have been COMPLETED.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way
was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on December 22, 1987,
in Volume 14085 of Official Records on page 876.
