THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on June 9 , 1987 by the following vote :

RESOLUTION NO . 87/339
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements , Subdivision 6750, Walnut
Creek Area .
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that
the improvements for Subdivision 6750, being developed by The Desco
Group , were completed on April 16 , 1987 and that such improvements
were constructed without the need for a Subdivision Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
