THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act
(Gov. C. §§ 56000-57550 ) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject territory
to County Service Area L-100 and the purpose of the proposed
change of organization is to allow efficient provision of lighting
service to the subject territory. The exterior boundaries of the
subject territory are as described in Exhibit A hereto. .
The terms and conditions for the proposal, as specified by
the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded
indebtedness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county
assessment roll will be used for the collection of taxes and
assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this Board hereby
approves and orders this proposal, subject to the aforestated
terms and conditions.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of
a resolution entered on the minutes of said Board of Supervisors on the date
aforesaid.

Beginning on the North line of the main line of the Atchison, Topeka and

Santa Fe Railway right of way at the East line of the 60 feet in width strip of
land described in the deed to County of Contra Costa, recorded July 21, 1920, in
Book 375 of deeds, at Page 187; thence from said point of beginning along the
East line of said County of Contra Costa strip North 14024118" East, 130.56 feet
and North 9024147" East, 195.52 feet and northeasterly along the arc of a curve
to the right with a radius of 369.29 feet, an arc distance of 261.60 feet;
thence North 27°42138" West, 10.10 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the
right with a radius of 378.29 feet, an arc distance of 171.02 feet; thence South
89042'30" East, 91.27 feet; thence leaving said southern highway line, South
0004'West, 677.89 feet to a point on the northern line of said Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company right of way, from which point the radius of a
curve to the right, concave to the North, bears North 11031'38" East, 14,896.70
feet; thence along the arc of said curve to right and the northern line of said
railroad right of way, 508.78 feet to the point of beginning.

EXHIBIT A
All of that real property in the County of Contra Costa, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning on the northwesterly corner of Parcel A as said parcel is shown on the
parcel map of Subdivision M.S. 104-70, filed June 15, 1971 in Book 17 of Parcel
Maps, at Page 14 Official Records of Contra Costa County, thence from said point
of beginning South 88043136" East, 127.81 -feet to the western line of Green
Valley Rd. ; thence South 88°43'36" East to the eastern line of Green Valley Road
said point also being on the existing boundary of County Service Area L-100;
thence along said C.S.A. L-100 boundary and the eastern line of Green Valley Road
in a general southerly direction to the existing boundary line of the City of
Danville thence leaving the boundary of C.S.A. L-100 and the eastern line of
Green Valley Road in a general westerly direction along said City of Danville
boundary line to a point that bears South 19°10149" West, 44.87 feet from the
southeastern corner of lot 5 as said lot is shown on Subdivision 4461 filed
December 4, 1975 in Book 180 of Subdivisions at Page 47 Official Records of
Contra Costa County, said point also being on the existing boundary of County
