SUBJECT : Authorize the Public Works Director to execute' a
Consulting Services Agreement with Con-/ Mills
Associates to prepare a combined Environmental
Assessment/Initial Study for the Appian Way Triangle
project in the E1 Sobrante area . Project No .
06 76 =6 P40 56 -86 .
The Public Works Director has advised that the preparation of a
combined Environmental Assessment/Initial Study is required for
the Appian Way Triangle project between Valley View Road ,
Sobrante Avenue and the Richmond City Limits , in the E1 Sobrante
area; and that
Cole/Mills Associates of Martinez has agreed to enter into a
Consulting Services Agreement for the purpose of providing the
assessment/study at a cost not to exceed $7 , 200 ; and that
The Public Works Director recommends that the Agreement be
approved and that the Board AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director
to execute a Consulting Services Agreement between Cole/Mills
Associates and Contra Costa County.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public
Works Director is APPROVED and that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE the Consulting Services Agreement .
