Mtutn to: contra coo Ck" RKwd aq�ruaart THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on June 3, 1986 by the following voter AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder , McPeak, Torlakson & Powers P NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION N0. 86/320 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements and Accepting Certain Roads, Subdivision 6083, Walnut Creek Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improve- ments in Subdivision 6083 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Wright Real Estate, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SECURITY October 8, 1985 Cash Deposit BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $16,300 cash security for labor and materials (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 98485, dated September 23, 1985) deposited by Wright Real Estate, Inc. be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period until December 10, 1986, at which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash security less the amount of any claims on file. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of crest Avenue, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 6083 filed October 16, 1985, in Book 295 of Maps at page 49, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $32,600 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 98485, dated September 23, 1985) to Wright Real Estate, Inc. pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
